• By registering, you confirm that you are legally allowed to marry as per the laws of your country.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

 

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post or share any content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, or defamatory.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or mislead other users.
• Use automation (bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate the platform.
• Share any material containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.

 

4. Blocking and Reporting

We are committed to user safety. You may:

• Block any user to prevent further interaction or visibility.
• Report users for behavior such as abuse, fraud, impersonation, or inappropriate content.

We will investigate reports and may take actions such as issuing warnings, suspending, or permanently banning accounts. We are not obligated to inform the reporting party of our actions taken.

 

5. Content Ownership and License

• You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., photos, bio).
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.
• We do not claim ownership but may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates our terms.

 

6. Matchmaking and Guarantees

• PairUp Matrimony provides matchmaking suggestions based on user input, preferences, and algorithms.
• We do not guarantee successful matches, engagements, or marriages.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any interaction or relationship formed through the app.
   

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms.
• Terminate your access for any reason at our sole discretion.

You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All app content (logo, design, trademarks, features, etc.) is owned or licensed by PairUp Matrimony.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

PairUp Matrimony is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• User-generated content or third-party links
• Any delay, error, or failure in performance due to factors beyond our control

 

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any content you post or share on the App

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified via the app or your registered email. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Berlin.
